First Login
Accessing the System
- Open your web browser
- Navigate to your organization URL (configured as
NEXT_PUBLIC_SITE_URL, e.g.https://your-domain.com) - Sign in at
/signin - System Owners are routed to
/system; business users are routed to/dashboard - Optional flows:
/change-password(password update)
Bootstrap System Owner (first-time setup)
On a fresh database, create the platform System Owner account from the API project:
- Add these values to
api/.env:SYSTEM_OWNER_EMAIL— login email for the platform ownerSYSTEM_OWNER_PASSWORD— initial password (minimum 6 characters)
- From the
apifolder, run:
pnpm seed:system-owner
- Sign in at
/signinwith that email and password. You will be routed to/system.
The script is idempotent: if a System Owner already exists, it exits without creating a duplicate. Optional env vars: SYSTEM_OWNER_FIRST_NAME, SYSTEM_OWNER_LAST_NAME, SYSTEM_OWNER_PHONE, SYSTEM_OWNER_DEPARTMENT.
